We are urgently hiring for multiple projects across the Austin metro area. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels) under supervision to assist in building and repair tasks.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Assist Trades: Provide direct support to electricians, carpenters, and plumbers as needed.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and marking surfaces for cutting and assembly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific guidelines.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and dependable team player.
