Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, maintenance, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Work in various weather conditions and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- A strong team player with a positive work ethic.
