Job Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your duties will include:

- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physically demanding labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training for entry-level candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work sites.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic math skills and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
