Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, loading, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks such as framing, drywalling, and taping.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on the job site.
- Unload materials and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Assist in concrete placement and finishing as needed.
- Keep the work area organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic instructions.
