Responsibilities
- Perform excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and debris

- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Reliable transportation to Boston job sites
- Pass background check and drug screen
