Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards (safety compliance).
- Perform basic demolition and site preparation duties.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – willingness to learn is key.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
