Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and concrete work.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the crew foreman and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidates!
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
