Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, or cleanup.
- Unload and organize construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
