Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Machinery Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, hauling trash, and removing debris.
- Assistance: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on uneven terrain.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for our team-based projects.
