Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with construction tasks and installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow precise technical instructions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Must possess basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
