What You Will Do
Our laborers play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks using hand trucks, forklifts, or forklifts under supervision.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and compressors, following all safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
