Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and projects.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate and handle basic power tools and hand tools.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Site Prep: Perform site preparation, digging, trenching, and basic carpentry support as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a stable work history.
- Communication: Basic communication skills to interact effectively with the crew and supervisors.
