Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and strictly following safety protocols.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and job site instructions.
- Work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
- No prior construction experience required; comprehensive training provided.
