Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform digging, lifting, and general site preparation as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Clean debris and waste from the work area to ensure safety protocols are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we are looking for motivated candidates willing to learn.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
