Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to and from the worksite.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks and setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris and following site protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as concrete pouring, taping, and basic finishing.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for long periods, including standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and site plans.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
