Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Operate basic machinery like jackhammers and saws under supervision
- Mix concrete, lay foundations, and assist with framing tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on project timelines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team
