Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and marking areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for the team.
- Clean and organize job sites to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous construction experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from team leads.
