Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for the installation of pipes, cables, and concrete.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, such as shovels, brooms, and concrete mixers, under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we welcome enthusiastic beginners!
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly (up to 50+ lbs).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
