Responsibilities
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic tools and machinery under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Trade Assistance: Provide direct support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as required.
- Task Completion: Perform various manual labor tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior construction experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn, reliable, and punctual attendance is mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and valid Social Security number.
