Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate power tools and basic construction equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, measuring areas, and setting up temporary structures.
- Perform general cleanup duties and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated individuals from scratch.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
