Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks or forklifts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance duties.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and assist in concrete placement.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
