Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as mixing concrete, cleaning site areas, and preparing construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to various work zones.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
