Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and reliability are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for use.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform digging, lifting, and heavy manual labor as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or placement of machinery.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights (if applicable).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
