Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and California Electrical Code standards
- Lead emergency response teams for critical power outages and system failures
- Mentor junior electricians and enforce safety protocols across all projects
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize electrical systems efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (J-10) or equivalent
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certified
- Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under high-pressure conditions
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California Title 24 energy codes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
