Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including cutting, drilling, and assembling.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow safety protocols and instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel to job sites in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
