Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and construction sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (comprehensive training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general site preparation, digging, and material transport.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—we value attitude over experience.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to all safety protocols.
