Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as directed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Operate basic machinery (concrete mixers, jackhammers) with training
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas County
