Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and basic carpentry.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain them in good working order.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
