Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, dirt, and rubble.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform minor digging, leveling, and concrete pouring tasks as directed.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Basic understanding of safety rules is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
