Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by project supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Transport heavy materials using dollies, hand trucks, or forklifts.
- Support framing, drywall, or roofing crews as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
