Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assistance: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on concrete.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including weekends and overtime as required.
