As a laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for our new hires to grow their skills.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and handheld equipment under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople by performing basic tasks such as mixing concrete, holding materials, or cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for the entire crew.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We are looking for eager beginners who are willing to learn.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
