Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, HVAC) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and excess materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and layout drawings.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
