Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction site preparation and cleanup
- Read and interpret blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain organized tool inventory and equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards on all job sites
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
