Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific regulations at all times.
- Read and interpret basic site instructions and blueprints when available.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not always required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
