Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from foremen and project managers effectively.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and supply trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
