Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
