Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with daily operations, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and setting up scaffolding or forms.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for site supervisors and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Experience: No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
