Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction and renovation of commercial and residential buildings.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from skilled tradespeople.
- Perform general cleanup and site preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (OSHA standards).
