Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and installations.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Follow blueprints and safety regulations to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team player attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
