Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (such as saws, drills, and forklifts) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing hazards and following safety protocols.
- Support skilled trade workers (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must possess the physical stamina to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow safety regulations strictly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
