About the Role:
As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build structures, roads, and facilities. No prior experience is required; we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations and setup.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Ensure the job site remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
