What You Will Do:
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, and more) with daily on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, hauling, and cleanup.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols to ensure a high-quality finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily tasks.

- Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
- Perform physical labor (digging, hauling).

Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
