Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks under the supervision of skilled foremen and project managers.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the work site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, saws, levels).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform site preparation work, including digging, concrete placement, and carpentry assistance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a willingness to get hands-on.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
