Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations and repairs in residential and commercial properties under supervision.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
- Use hand and power tools effectively to cut, drill, and fasten electrical components.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify faults, hazards, or maintenance needs.
- Replace or repair fixtures such as outlets, switches, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to travel to various job sites across the valley.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read measurements and calculate material quantities.
- Teamwork: Must work well in a team and follow direct instructions from senior electricians.
- Tool Access: Ability to provide basic personal hand tools (or we can assist).
