Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Document work orders and maintain accurate logs of tasks completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics (fractions, measurements).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Strong desire to learn and advance within the electrical trade.
