Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., drills, saws, forklifts).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are organized.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and heavy hauling.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
