Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic setup, teardown, and cleanup tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or diagrams.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (trade school experience a plus).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity calculations.
