Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them to designated areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in concrete pouring and finishing tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic instructions.
