Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and debris removal on active construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with layout and prep work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic tool operation experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Must have own basic safety gear (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are non-negotiable
